This very rare "Individual" 1998 E36 M3 has just been placed here on consignment for sale by the current local owner/BMW CCA Member. The car was custom ordered by the original owner in Avus Blue, which was only offered on the 1995 M3’s. The original owner was friends with a BMW executive in Germany, and was walked through the factory and custom order the vehicle while visiting the BMW factory. When asked about factory motor upgrades, the BMW executive ordered one of the motors that were specified for the lightweight BMW’s to be installed due to the higher horsepower.
